The ideal candidate will hold Active SC and have a strong background in delivery Senior User Researcher support, with the following skills and experience:Experience in user research within large scale projects.Experience of designing and leading on multiple research activities. Proven analytical and synthesis skills which enable data to be transformed into actionable insights.Experience of defining and measuring user outcome performance metrics to evidence user impact throughout a project delivery lifecycle.
