This is a great opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to provide proactive, high-quality support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR systems, and wellbeing.Working closely with the HR Director, you ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and an excellent employee experience.Key Responsibilities Maintain and update HR systems and staff records.Support recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes.Coordinate payroll data, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives.Assist with policies, compliance, and HR reporting.Provide general HR administrative and project support. About You Proven experience in a generalist HR role.Strong organisational and communication skills.Confident using HR systems (e.g. BreatheHR) and MS Office.Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.Available to start promptly and commit for up to 12 months.
