This Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer working on a static site, reporting to the Facilities Manager, will help maintain a safe, reliable and efficient operational site and its specialist technical training facilities. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building fabric systems, as well as the practical equipment and simulated engineering systems used in training. You will work with technical instructors, support compliance activity and keep maintenance records up to date. Key Responsibilities Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site, prioritising work around site operations and training requirements. Diagnose faults and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building fabric systems. Keep plant, equipment and engineering systems safe and operational; monitor building services and identify performance and reliability improvements. Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, risk assessments, permits to work and related documentation. Support statutory inspections, testing and compliance activity, and follow health and safety legislation and company procedures. Maintain specialist technical training facilities, including practical training rigs, demonstration equipment, simulators and related engineering systems.
