first GC and Head of Legal , a key player in their Senior Leadership Team and pivotal in the strategy and growth of the business.You will have

at least 7 years corporate commercial law experience . In this high-impact, strategic role you will demonstrate your broad legal knowledge, commercial judgment, and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders at Group level.As the primary legal contact for the Group, you will manage key legal transactions, regulatory matters, disputes, and governance activities and work closely with the SLT across various business units.
