Oracle EBS Change Manager

Location: Remote (occasional travel to London and other sites for workshops and stakeholder meetings as required)
Contract: Inside IR35
Day rate: Up to £800 per day

The Client who is a trusted transport organisation is looking for an experienced resource to drive the adoption of Oracle EBS Release 12 with extensive system integrations post adoption.

Here you will support the business through hyper care and adoption with day-to-day management of the application/integrations together with any solution development under change management or as project work identified by the business. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with regular collaboration with both internal and external stakeholder in multiple countries (mainly European and Canada)

Key Requirements
- At least 5 years'' technical experience with multi-country Oracle ERP implementations (Release 12), ideally post-acquisition integrations.
- Senior Project Management experience
- Advanced skills in data migration, systems architecture, and Oracle ERP technical configurations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution, especially in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments.
- High-level communication skills, able to translate complex technical information for stakeholders in diverse regions.
- Operated in multi-project, matrix managed environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of Oracle EBS Infrastructure

Qualifications
- Bachelor''s in computer science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- Technical certification in change management methodologies, ERP systems, or data migration (e.g., Prosci, SAP, or Oracle certifications).
