What You''ll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers with lessons and classroom activities
• Working with pupils one-on-one or in small groups
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Assisting pupils with additional needs and adapting to their learning styles
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Collaborating with staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Experience working with children (across age groups is a plus)
• A patient, nurturing, and flexible approach
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
