This role involves a range of financial responsibilities including managing charges and statements, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with audit preparations. Day-to-day of the role: Check and post all charges and prepare and distribute monthly and termly statements. Charge fees, accommodation costs, and associated charges. Handle day-to-day queries, providing a helpful and complete service. Respond quickly to emails, acting as a point of contact for all debt queries. Maintain accurate records on Microsoft GP and prepare monthly reconciliation of control accounts. Manage allowances and post internal charges. Perform termly reconciliation of fees Assist with the development and documentation of internal controls, systems, and processes.
