In this role, your primary responsibility will be the rigorous quality inspection and verification of manufactured items and mechanical components within the company workshop. Additionally, you will support the production pipeline by performing secondary mechanical fitting and assembly duties, ensuring all components meet strict technical standards before being handed over to the site engineering team. Key Duties: Reporting to Works Manager Conduct engineering inspections: Perform detailed dimensional, visual, and functional checks on manufactured parts and workshop assemblies to ensure conformity. Read and meticulously interpret technical engineering drawings, material specifications, and schematics. Manage quality documentation: Record inspection results, compile non-conformance reports, and sign off on completed items ready for site installation.
