You will take ownership of a portfolio of buildings and play a key role in delivering the requirements of the Building Safety Act.You will also manage and develop a team, working closely with senior leaders and internal teams to drive strong safety standards across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Managing the safety and compliance of a defined portfolio of residential buildingsLeading on building safety case reports and supporting applications for Building Assessment CertificatesOverseeing fire safety systems, MandE systems and wider building safety measuresReviewing risk assessments and ensuring effective mitigation of safety risksProcuring and managing specialist safety services in line with internal policiesMaintaining accurate and up to date building safety data and recordsBuilding strong working relationships wi
