You will be responsible for your own caseload of conveyancing files and will work closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service to clients.ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload of conveyancing technical files, referring legal aspects to the Team Manager when necessary. Ensure all telephone calls are handled in a professional manner and that full, accurate telephone notes are recorded. Provide regular updates to clients and asset managers on the progress of matters. Attend client visits with the management team and contribute confidently to meetings and training. Make decisions on technical legal aspects of sales matters within your own caseload and support more junior colleagues with queries, escalating to senior colleagues when appropriate.
