We are looking for an experienced Information Manager to support a major programme operating within a highly regulated environment. Please note - SC clearance is required for this post. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will take ownership of how programme documentation and information is controlled, stored and managed. This is a senior-level position requiring someone who can establish effective information management processes, coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure programme records meet the necessary management and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities : Define and maintain the processes used to manage programme documentation, information and records. Establish clear priorities for information management activities in conjunction with Programme Functional Leads. Ensure information management requirements are effectively integrated with the programme''s wider IT and digital systems. Support and manage information across platforms including Meridian, SharePoint, MS Teams, TSN and programme-specific applications. Provide assurance that programme records are managed in accordance with CMS requirements. Act as a key point of contact for information management matters relating to UK and French regulatory requirements. Work closely with the Handover Management function to ensure documentation and records are appropriately controlled and prepared for handover.
