The role involves managing technical support tasks, maintaining compliance with building regulations, and optimising IT systems for service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Validate building regulations applications, notices, and fee calculations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Manage financial processes, including invoicing, payment chasing, and purchase orders. Optimise the use of IT systems, including document management, GIS, and web-based tools. Process property enquiries for building regulation approvals and certificates. Provide guidance and support to Technical Support Officers and contribute to service improvements. Maintain filing systems and administrative procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices. Handle enquiries and correspondence (written, telephone, or face-to-face) and direct customers appropriately. Assist with financial and performance data collation and verification.
