Quality Auditor sought by a £multimillion pound food products manufacturer to join their team in Bilston.This is a permanent role on the AM shift: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm.The Role:As a Quality Auditor you will be working as part of the Technical Team, preventing errors in manufacturing or production that lead to product defects.You will be responsible for ensuring that all quality checks are carried out to the correct customer specification and any non-conformances are reported immediately to the relevant Section Manager, as well as ensuring due diligence, product safety and quality in all relevant departments.As a Quality Auditor, your duties will include:Raw material quality checksTo input data into the online systemCarry out traceability checksVerify label placement and information accuracyEnsure compliance with HACCP proceduresCarry out Critical Control Point (CCP) checksCompleting paperwork to a high level of accuracy, recording daily QA tasksIdentifying and reporting any quality, food safety or compliance issues to QA Team Leader and QA ManagerAudit quality checksDaily checks of factory processes and procedures to ensure compliance and adhere to good manufacturing practicesCarry out verification checks of calibration of measuring equipmentInvestigate complaints and resolve issuesCollecting and collating samples for testingThis position is integral to maintaining high standards of product quality and safety, offering a rewarding career path for dedicated ..... full job details .....
