Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the management of multiple customer accounts, including order books and customer portalsAct as the voice of the customer, ensuring timely and effective resolution of enquiries and ordersAssist with costing and quotation preparation, ensuring accuracy and internal approvalCollaborate with planning teams to support monthly and annual demand forecastingProcess and review customer purchase orders within the ERP systemSupport contract reviews and liaise with OEMs to ensure customer requirements are metWork closely with internal stakeholders across customer service, planning, commercial, and operations Skills RequiredExperience working in a fast-paced customer service or customer support envi
