You''ll be doing weekly outreach work to identify rough sleepers and those at risk, providing housing options, guidance and advice and with the aim of prevention of homelessness at the earliest possible stage. You will be managing a HMO for up to 6 people, administering applications, fully completing triages for people rough sleeping and assisting with their Personal Housing Plans and administering applications for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, Discretionary awards and providing financial advice and support to clientsAbout you You will need previous experience of providing housing management or property management activity within the social housing or private housing sector.Alongside this you''ll need
