Job Title: Senior Environmental AdvisorLocation: Southampton (and surroundign areas across Southern Water sites)

As part of our ''source to sea'' strategy, we''re expanding our capability and embracing digital transformation to shape the future of sustainable water infrastructure delivery.Purpose of the Role:As a Senior HSandE Advisor, you will lead a team of HSandE Advisors and support the Framework HSandE Manager to deliver best-in-class health, safety, and environmental performance across our projects. You''ll play a key role in shaping culture, enhancing compliance, and driving continuous improvement.Key Accountabilities:

Foster and support an inclusive, open, transparent, and collaborative environment that supports our HSandE culture, maturity, and behaviours to deliver HSandE excellence.Support the implementation of our HSandE strategy to drive continual improvement through the business addressing short-, medium-, and long-term growth and learning. This will be achieved through collaboration with others in our teams and other key stakeholders.Promote a positive HSandS culture which is consistent with Galliford Try''s Challenging Beliefs and Affecting Behaviours programme and business leadership ambitions.Represent and promote the HSandE function in internal and external meetings, workshops, management reviews and forums - communicating best practice standards and initiatives.Implement our environmental management system, taking account of client requirements, to align with our overall strategy and driving performance through our processes and standards.About You:Relevant HSandE experience in infrastructure, construction, or regulated industries

Supervisory experience within a HSandE team

NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
