Technical Assistant Technical Assistant / Administrator. A Bristol based contact centre business require a Technical Assistant to join the team. The Technical Assistant / Administrator will provide first line technical assistance and troubleshooting advice to calling agents when requested, carry out a daily reconciliation check for missing calls and add these to the company database to maintain accuracy, and help the technical team with other administrative tasks as required.
