Data Entry Administrator Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid working available after training)Pay: £12.71 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pmContract: Temporary, approximately 6 8 weeksStart Date: 23rd November 2026 We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator to join a busy team based in Basingstoke on a temporary basis. This role would suit someone who is organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for supporting the team with a range of data entry and general administrative duties, ensuring information is recorded accurately and tasks are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Accurately inputting and updating information across internal systems and databases. Reviewing data to identify any errors, inconsistencies or missing information. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date. Providing general administrative support to the wider team. Organising and maintaining electronic records and documentation. Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks as required. Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales. About You: Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Previous experience in data entry or administration would be beneficial. Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
