The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects, working closely with project managers, site teams and clients to ensure successful delivery.Key Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the commercial management of civil engineering projects. Manage project costs, budgets and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare, review and negotiate subcontractor packages and contractual agreements. Manage variations, compensation events and change control. Prepare and submit interim valuations and applications for payment. Monitor project expenditure, cash flow and commercial performance. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities. Work closely with project managers, site teams and clients. Ensure contractual obligations and commercial procedures are followed.
