Working within a collaborative IT team, you''ll support a broad IT infrastructure including servers, virtual environments, networks and end-user devices while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the IT Manager, as a Junior Systems Administrator your responsibilities will include: Deploy, configure and maintain hardware, software and network infrastructure Administer user accounts, groups and system policies across the business Monitor systems, services and applications, proactively identifying and resolving issues Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and networking problems Manage backups, data recovery processes and IT asset records Support cyber security initiatives and information security compliance requirements Provide technical support to internal users and external customers Manage workstation deployments, IT equipment and staff onboarding requirements Support physical security systems including CCTV, access control and telephony Assist with infrastructure projects and occasional travel to other business locations Essential Requirements Junior Systems Administrator, these are the essential skills that will be required: Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
