We are seeking an experienced Lead Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO whilst leading the Executive Support function. This is a unique opportunity for a senior EA who enjoys combining executive support with people leadership. Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, you will manage complex priorities, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive excellence across the support function.Alongside providing support at executive level, you will lead a team consisting of five members of staff, all of whom will report directly into you. You will be responsible for setting standards, developing the team, and creating an efficient, high-performing support function. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportProvide proactive support to the CEO, managing a complex diary, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications.Prepare presentations, reports, board papers, and briefing documents.Act as a key liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders.Manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Leadership and Team ManagementLead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Executive Assistants, 1 Office Manager, and 1 Receptionist.Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, objective setting, and development planning.Support employee performance, engagement, and wellbeing.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Driving ExcellenceEstablish best practice, service standards, and ways of working across the support ..... full job details .....
