We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Technician to support quality and operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct process and product audits across production areas. Analyse audit data and KPI trends, identifying opportunities for improvement. Support non-conformance investigations and corrective actions. Deliver training and coaching on continuous improvement tools and best practices. Support root cause analysis activities using tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. About You: Experience within manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or a similar environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working with data, reporting, and auditing activities. Proactive, organised, and able to manage your own workload. Lean, Six Sigma, auditing, or health and safety qualifications would be advantageous.
