Location: Portsmouth
Hybrid: Individuals must demonstrate full competence in the role before hybrid working will be offered.
Salary: £26,210, rising to £30,300
Hours: 40 per week, shift rota between 7:45am – 8:15pm
Schedule: Monday to Sunday on a 6 week rota (working every other weekend)

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same! You’ll be at the heart of supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities...
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate updates, solutions, and support to customers
- Prioritise workloads in line with service expectations and deadlines
- Liaise with internal teams and third parties to manage enquiries
- Complete high volumes of essential administrative tasks
- Manage sensitive and challenging conversations with empathy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures
- Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or contact centre work
- Confident communication skills — written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure
- Strong administrative and organisational ability
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
