Due to recent growth, they are seeking a Contractor Supervisor to liaise with approved subcontractors. This role will be based at their Romford office. The Contractor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all service and maintenance works, liaising closely with contractors to maintain performance standards, compliance, and client satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis, you will ensure all issued works are completed, issue purchase orders, coordinate callouts, maintain PPM trackers, review RAMS and reports, resolve issues, manage quotations, and approve invoices to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget. This role would suit a Building Services Engineer who is seeking to come off the tools and be office.
