HR Manager / HR Business Partner - Multi-Site Location: Watford - Remote/Home Based with Regional Travel £60,000+ +excellent benefits + company car The Company We are working with an established and successful organisation with a large frontline workforce across a growing multi-site operation. About the Role This is a predominantly remote/home-based role when not visiting sites, with approximately 60-70% regional travel. You will provide a visible and hands-on HR presence across multiple locations, partnering closely with operational leaders and site managers. Key responsibilities will include: Managing complex and high-volume employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, investigations, appeals, restructures and TUPE. Coaching and supporting managers to confidently manage people matters. Supporting recruitment, workforce planning and talent development. Delivering HR projects, initiatives and organisational change. Using HR data and metrics to improve engagement, retention and performance. Providing advice on UK employment law, policies and best practice. About You We are looking for an experienced HR Manager, HRBP or strong HR Advisor ready to step up, with: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent relevant experience.
