An opportunity has arisen for a Mandamp;E Project Manager with electrical bias to join a market leading principle contracting company in the building services industry. This is to primarily work a large refurbishment in Manchester.

Responsibilities:
andbull; Ensure that resources are available for work e.g. materials, labour and plant etc.
andbull; Ensure contracts are completed within timescales and budget
andbull; Ensure works are carried out safely and that reasonable and practical measures are taken to maintain the safety of all involved
andbull; Liaison with site management team and all key stake holders involved with the project
andbull; Subcontract and material procurement and management
andbull; Financial management of contracts, variations etc.
andbull; Manage competence and individual performance within the team
andbull; Maintain company standards in terms of quality

Requirements:
andbull; Minimum 5 yearsandrsquo; project management experience in an MEP contracting environment
andbull; Ability to prioritise workload to ensure the management process is optimised
andbull; Knowledge of electrical systems is ESSENTIAL
andbull; UK PROJECT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
andbull; Strong communications skills both internal and external stakeholders
andbull; Experience of working with sub-contractors and managing in-house labour
andbull; SSSTS or SMSTS
andbull; First Aid
