Reporting to the hotel manager, this role will focus on driving exceptional standards in all areas of the business including accommodation, public areas and spa.The role requires strong leadership, motivational and team development skills. The head housekeeper will be accountable for a large team that includes an assistant head housekeeper, a team of supervisors, room attendants, laundry assistants and porters.The head housekeeper will be required to have excellent attention to detail and a firm understanding of how to effectively manage a busy housekeeping department within a 4/5-star hotel environment.
