STA/Quality Engineer

The ROLE
Due to continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to become an integral part of our Client''s team. The Quality/Supplier Technical Assistance Engineer (STA Engineer) will be responsible for supporting the management on all quality related issues. The minutia of the role includes;
* Working with internal & external stakeholders to resolve quality issues
* Defect root cause analysis - using Global 8D process
* Work to and audit the BMS (Business Management System) including TS16949/ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 or ISO45001
* Assist with product & process audits

The CANDIDATE
The right Quality Engineer/STA Engineer candidate will possess;
* Experience of working in Quality Assurance
* Good academic background
* Sis Sigma skills
* APQP, PPAP & FEMA practical experience
* TS16949 & ISO9000 knowledge
* Understanding of ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO45001
