The project Manager they are looking for is to be involved within pre-construction stages. Assisting with the projects programming and planning in stage two design through to site stages.You will also be working with external clients, co ordinating building regulations and accessing risks attached to land purchases. As an experience Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will have proven project delivery but more specifically within the pre-construction of a project. As preconstruction project manager you will have excellent IT skills. Pulling together what aspects need to be in place, prior to site commencement.
