Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a London-based organisation to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to take a lead role in financial reporting, planning and control across a multi-entity group.
 
Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, group consolidation, and financial reporting across all entities.
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and FRS 102 standards.
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies and procedures.
- Oversee cash management and support forecasting and treasury activities.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
- Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to support senior management decision-making.
- Manage the statutory accounts process and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and internal processes.

 
The successful Finance Manager will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
