Our client are a well established Groundworks and Civil Engineering sub contractor based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Due to consistent growth and several new projects starting, they''re looking to take on an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor. The suitable candidate must have a strong sub contractor background (specifically within groundworks and Civils). Requirements: Strong groundwork subcontractor experience is essential. Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying (HND or Degree) Excellent communication, analytical skills and commercial awareness. Proficient with IT. Full UK licence as site visits will be common. Basic duties: Tendering and Estimating. Measurement and Take-offs Contract Administration Valuations and Applications Cost Control Subcontract Management Claims and Disputes management Reporting, cost/value reconciliation and financial reports.
