This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality, patient-centred care within a modern, supportive general practice environment. The post holder will work autonomously while collaborating closely with the wider clinical team to deliver safe and effective services to the local population.Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive clinical care including history taking, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and evaluation.Demonstrate expert clinical judgement and safe decision-making in managing patients presenting with a wide range of minor illness and minor injury.Support the ongoing development of clinical pathways and ensure best practice is maintained across the service.Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses and other multidisciplinary team members to meet patient needs and support consistent service delivery.Contribute to maintaining high clinical standards, adherence to policies and procedures, and helping to drive continuous improvement within the practice.
