Job Responsibilities
- Deliver creative and engaging EYFS lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Plan, track, and assess pupil progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Foster the social, emotional, and academic development of Reception/Nursery pupils.
- Work closely with a co-teacher and support staff to maintain a stimulating classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding child development.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience as an EYFS Teacher or Early Years Lead.
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and phonics (e.g., Read Write Inc or Little Wandle).
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Essential: An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Essential: Right to work in the UK.
