Job Responsibilities

• Deliver creative and engaging EYFS lessons that inspire a love of learning.
• Plan, track, and assess pupil progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Foster the social, emotional, and academic development of Reception/Nursery pupils.
• Work closely with a co-teacher and support staff to maintain a stimulating classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding child development.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Proven experience as an EYFS Teacher or Early Years Lead.
• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and phonics (e.g., Read Write Inc or Little Wandle).
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Essential: An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Essential: Right to work in the UK.
