Pinnacle are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, for a project in Birmingham working on a Construction Fit out project. Duties: As the Quantity Surveyor you will manage ongoing relationships with the subcontractors to deliver on the infrastructure projects. Handle the tendering process to find best subcontractors within the Fit out space. Negotiate contracts including plant, materials, resources and of course, incredibly skilled people. Sourcing local subcontractors. Work with key stakeholders. Commercial reporting. Requirements Track record working as a Quantity Surveyor on first out projects Ideally have experience within Healthcare projects. The ability to deliver projects successfully Ideally be degree educated, but this is not essential. The role would suit either a Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role, who has a background on large fit out projects.
