Inside Sales Account Manager

Location: Surrey
Working Pattern: Office-based
Salary: -40,000 - -45,000

A leading provider of advanced machine vision technology is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join its close-knit UK team.

You will manage customer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, prepare quotations and develop new business through outbound calls, emails and lead follow-ups. You will also manage transactional customer accounts and support external Account Managers with forecasting, CRM updates and maintaining accurate customer information.

• Qualify customer requirements and identify sales opportunities

• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and product information

• Generate new business through prospecting and lead follow-ups

• Manage and develop existing transactional accounts

• Support monthly sales forecasting and opportunity management

• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records within the CRM

• At least three years of experience in an inside sales or similar role

• Strong customer qualification and lead generation experience

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proactive, organised and comfortable working to targets

• Knowledge of machine vision, automation or technical products would be advantageous
