As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for building critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm''s business objectives. Team Overview: The Electronic Market Making (EMM) group is a dynamic team responsible for a suite of applications that execute and market make listed options and warrants with a global presence spanning North America, Europe and Asia. The group''s responsibilities include the design, implementation and support of various trading platforms which requires close collaboration with trading desks and business partners, as well as middle and back-office teams. Job Responsibilities: Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems Develops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operation
