Assistant Site Manager NottinghamWe are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to assist the team on a University Project in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have strong residential experience and be confident in overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure continuity and safety whilst on site. Key Responsibilities:Support daily site operations, ensuring work continues to plan and programmeManage sub-contractors on-site, maintaining quality standards and health and safety complianceConduct site inductions and toolbox talks where necessaryMonitor and report on progress to senior managementAddress any minor site issues to ensure smooth delivery during the cover periodAssist with general site documentation and record-keepingRequirements:Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing projectsValid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to hit the ground running and manage day-to-day site activitiesIf available and interested, please apply with your CV.
