An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded London Property team, advising a sophisticated client base on high-value and complex real estate matters. The role offers excellent client exposure, a varied caseload, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the team - JOB REF: THE ROLEThe successful candidate will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases, promotion agreements, options, development matters, and real estate finance. You will work closely with colleagues across corporate, finance, dispute resolution, and tax to deliver integrated advice to clients.The role will provide significant exposure to clients, so excellent interpersonal and client management skills will be essential.
