The Contract Supervisor will work alongside and coordinate the experienced team of 12, managing and ensuring the high-quality upkeep of green spaces, landscaped lawns, hedges, trees and outdoor spaces. They will also ensure all related tasks are completed efficiently, safely and to the highest horticultural standards. This role offers career growth, a supportive working environment, and the chance to make a real impact.Requirements Previous experience in the Grounds Maintenance industry, at Supervisor level or equivalent, with a proven track record in horticulture and leading teams. A professional attitude and excellent communication skills. Full clean UK Driving License and IT literacy is essential. PA1/PA2/PA6 Spraying Certificates advantageous.
