What you''ll be doing:Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Private Client Department, supporting a number of Private Client fee earnersAudio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents Dealing with wills, powers of attorney and estate administrationHandling of and dealing with client callsSeeing clients in ReceptionMaking appointments for clientsConducting conflict checks on new clients Locating files ahead of appointments Maintaining filing systemsProviding occasional reception cover Preparing accurate invoices and cost scheduling for clients on a monthly basisSuitable candidates will have:Excellent keyboard skillsExperience of using a legal case management systemA minimum of 12 months'' legal secretarial experience, supporting a Private Client Department, dealing with wills, powers of attorney and estate administration This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday ..... full job details .....
