INTERIM HEAD OF STRATEGIC ASSET MANAGEMENTLONDON Park Avenue are pleased to be resourcing for an Interim Head of Strategic Asset Management for a London Borough. Alongside managing staff across the property directorate, you''ll be leading on capital programme delivery, strategic asset management, and procurement. The priorities are to ensure alignment of asset strategies with organisational priorities, optimise asset utilisation, and drive value for money through effective governance.The Council work on a hybrid basis, with you in the office 3 days per week ideally. It''s recommended you''re in the office for team and board meetings. Criteria for applicants includes: Local Authority experience - In an ideal world, you''ll have worked for a London Borough.Relevant experience in Commercial property, asset management and capital programme deliveryIdeally MRICS Access to a car isn''t essential as the borough is well connected with public transport.
