Customer Support Administrator - -25,000 - -30,000

We are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a friendly and busy team based in Reading. This is a fully office-based position, offering a salary of -25,000 - -30,000 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will provide customer service and administrative support, handling enquiries, coordinating engineer appointments and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

As the Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Coordinate engineer diaries, maintenance visits and installations
• Log and track customer faults through to resolution
• Process customer orders, quotations and delivery notes
• Liaise with customers, engineers and suppliers
• Maintain customer records and provide general administrative support

Experience required:

• Previous office-based customer service or administration experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and resolve problems
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Salesforce and Xero experience advantageous
