Our client based in South Witham, Grantham is a leading organic liquid waste management company who currently have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their team as soon as possible! The role will be a temporary to permanent opportunity and will be a fully office-based role, working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. The client is flexible with shift times and is happy to consider either an 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm. The pay rate for the role will be 13.85 per hour. Working within the Transport Team, your duties will include:- - Inputting data into company systems - Sending schedules and information to customers - Checking data for accuracy and updating as required - Maintaining fleet lists to reflect locations and assets - Running reports and distributing to relevant departments - Answering the telephone, both internal and external calls - Note taking in meetings as and when required - Supporting in maintaining driver records accurately - General administration support We are looking for a strong Administrator (ideally within a transport background), who is proficient in the use of MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook and who is happy being on the phone and confident when speaking to drivers.
