An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader with experience in Highways Consents and Transport Infrastructure to join a client in Buckinghamshire. Your main duties include managing a team of professionals who are responsible for providing expert transport planning advice on all matters related to highways, liaising with relevant stakeholders and consultants as well as overseeing statutory highways responses, managing a complex programme of works and leading on highway infrastructure delivery across the area. This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £450 - £500 per day - negotiable for the right candidate and dependant on experience. Flexible working arrangements are available. Working within the Highways team your main duties include: Managing a team of highway professionals who are responsible for: Providing expert transport planning advice on all matters related to highways Liaising with various stakeholders including members of the public, professional bodies, contractors and designated consultants Carrying out site visits across the area to ensure quality control Managing a complex programme of works related to highways infrastructure and statutory highway responses Previous experience in Highway Infrastructure and Consents is essential for this role.
