Location: Manchester

Pay: £17.43 per hour plus holiday pay

Duration: 3 months

Hours: 23.5 hours

• Tuesday - Friday: 4pm - 8pm
• Saturday''s: 8am - 4pm

Requirement: Valid DBS Certificate

Available immediately£ Looking for a part-time role where you will lead the day-to-day operations of a contact centre, ensuring excellent customer service, strong team performance, and the achievement of operational targets. You''ll support continuous improvement initiatives while helping to create a positive and collaborative working environment.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team to deliver high-quality service
• Acting as an escalation point for complex customer and application queries
• Monitoring performance and supporting the achievement of service and quality targets
• Conducting one-to-ones, appraisals, and regular team meetings
• Handling customer escalations professionally and effectively
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational performance

What We''re Looking For

You''ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
• Strong knowledge of customer service best practices
• Experience coaching and developing staff to improve performance and quality
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems
• A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach with the ability to perform under pressure

A valid DBS certificate is required as part of the screening process.
