This company is a purpose driven, design led promotional merchandise business based in South London working with global brands, providing a family feel working environment.

This role would suit a time spent Operations or Supply chain professional, ready to step into a broader and more senior position, either from a merchandise, retail, logistics or related field, ready to grow with a business which is already scaling.

This role:

• Oversees sourcing, production and fulfilment
• Managing and developing a team of 5
• Owns ISO compliance, audits and ESG reporting
• Supporting client tenders and new business
• Driving process and systems improvement across the business

The person:

• Operations or Supply chain background, ISO Systems, sustainable sourcing or branded/merchandise products experience
• Commutable to Brixton
