We are seeking a Senior Family Support Worker to join our family intervention service who has a can do approach and is committed to the delivery of a crucial service in supporting families to effect change within their own lives. The successful candidate will possess the drive to improve standards within the service and support to staff to deliver sustainable outcomes for families facing multiple and complex difficulties. The role involves developing the service, as well as supervising and supporting a team of family support workers who work with families in their own homes and communities. You will supervise family support workers and support them to develop responsive, tailored packages of support in line with assessed and identified need and agreeing with family members realistic and sustainable goals for change.
