Your new company You will be working for a large housing association who manage over 50,000 homes.Your new role We have an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join the team based in Horndean where you''ll cover Horndean, Petersfield, Ham Barn, Liss and surrounding area.We''re looking for a proactive, great team player and someone with a good eye for detail who''s looking for a new challenge.Working within a team, you''ll be responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges and have the flexibility to plan your workload within a fortnightly round.You will be using a hedge trimmer, strimmer, mower, conduct weeding and litter picking if required. You may also be required to undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work.What you''ll need to succeed We''re looking for someone with a minimum one year experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and well-driven individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and diverse team. You will need experience mowing, strimming, hedge trimming and weeding.
