You''ll be developing new menu items from concept to launch, trialling ingredients, collaborating with suppliers and ensuring everything is scalable and commercially viable. Alongside the creative and technical development, you''ll translate products into clear POS specifications that franchisees can execute consistently. Quality, safety and yield will be a core focus, and you''ll play a key role in ensuring there is a robust QMS. You''ll tighten processes, embed best practice and ensure every product meets the brand''s standards.
