Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager, the purpose of this role is to collaborate with all areas of Safran Seats GB to provide comprehensive support, direction and where appropriate personal contribution to both build on and maintain the Safran Seats GB Quality Management System in terms of people, processes and projects. Member of the Quality Compliance Team No direct reports Support and interaction with all SGB Functions Liaison with Regulatory bodies as well as customers as required Travel not normally required except for cross-BU support requirements (UK / Int) Key Responsibilities and Duties Protect customers from non-quality, by ensuring that products and practices comply with regulations, customer requirements and Safran standards and promoting a culture of prevention and anticipation Drive continuous improvement, by capitalizing on factual data and feedback and providing the necessary support for all company functions Undertake other reasonable duties, in line with business needs and objectives, which are consistent and commensurate with the overall purpose of the position In addition; there are specific requirements including but not limited to: Develop and implement an internal audit programme to ensure compliance against all regulatory requirements Support the deployment of the Quality Management System across the Business through the implementation and follow-up of internal audits, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures Manage relevant systems f
